All Vendors are responsible for the clean-up of their booth area prior to leaving
The Mt Shasta Promotional Team is not responsible for any losses caused by, including but not limited to, theft, injury, property damage, vandalism and weather.
Vendors must carry their own insurance.
Please make sure to complete and forward the resale certificate from the California Board of Equalization and health certificates as appropriate.
We reserve the right to limit the number of vendors selling the same type of product. Booth space is first-come-first served. Special requests will be taken into consideration during assignment.
A SPECIFIC SPOT CAN NOT BE GUARANTEED
This is an outdoor event. Summer heat, rain, and wind occur. Be prepared.
Booth Space 10 X 10 = $20.00
Booth Space 10 X 20 = $40.00
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE TO ANYONE.
By signing this document the vendor:
1.) Assumes full responsibility for their property and agrees to hold harmless the Mt. Shasta Promotional Team, their families and any volunteers.
2.) Understands that he/she is required to collect, report, and pay California State Sales Tax
3.) Has read and will abide by all rules stated above.
